HKSAR Financial Secretary Paul Chan Mo-po mentioned earlier in the latest Budget that a $5,000 electronic consumption voucher will be distributed to eligible citizens! The first phase of consumption voucher will be released on 7th August 2022 and the second phase will be distributed on 1st October 2022!

Wanted to know when the electronic consumption coupons 2022 will be available? How to get it on different platforms? What are the arrangements for different stored value facilities such as Octopus and Alipay? If there are any cat / dog supplies like (cat litter, dog leashes, pet food) that can be used with consumption vouchers?
