What products can be returned or exchanged?

Generally, products that can be exchanged are such which are unused, unopened and in the condition originally sold together with all parts and accessories which are provided with the merchandise including manuals, certificates, labels, tags, consumables, bags, original packaging and boxes. It is also required that the packaging of the product(s) must be in the condition in which it was delivered to you and be in good resalable condition.

Food, treats, supplements, dog houses, cat climbers, beds, carriers, crates or kennels returns, refunds or exchanges may not be accepted for health and hygiene reasons. For more information, please refer to our Terms and Conditions here.

How can I return / exchange faulty products?
Once the product has been received, inspected, and approved by Barkmall team, Barkmall will either credit the returned product value in Barkmall Dollar or will offer an exchange of product at its discretion. Barkmall Dollar can be used for your next purchase; unused Barkmall Dollar is valid for 6 months from the date it is being credited to your account. Please note that no cash refund will be offered, and shipping fee cannot be refunded in any event. If any promotional discount was applied to the total purchase amount at time of purchase, you will be either refunded Barkmall Dollar (Refund) or offered an exchange in the amount paid at the time of purchase for that item.
