Barkmall is an e-commerce marketplace startup for consumers and sellers which is focused on pet-related products, including pet food, pet accessories, and care services. It facilitates transactions between consumers and a wide range of sellers such as retailers, wholesalers, veterinary clinics, and other professional sellers or care providers. Operating in Asia, Barkmall is first launched in Hong Kong and endeavours to expand its reach to China, Singapore, Thailand, and APAC region.

It offers Bark First which is an annual membership program with free shipping and other perks, and autoship service which is a subscription based recurring orders. For sellers, Barkmall offers the fulfilled-by-bark services which is a full service logistics solution for pet sellers.
